Dallas, TX – March 14, 2019 – The DFW Professional Musicians Association of the American Federation of Musicians is proud to present its first “Musicians in the Park” Jam Session celebrating the professional musicians of the DFW community, cohosted by Klyde Warren Park on March 28.

This free concert will bring together some or our city’s top musicians who bring national reputation to our area’s night clubs, our symphony halls and our top rated music schools.

The performance will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Klyde Warren Park in Downtown Dallas.

The performance is free and open to the public.

“We are excited to bring our musical community together at Klyde Warren Park to showcase and celebrate the musicians and music that defines our city,” said Stewart Williams, President of the DFW Professional Musicians Association. “It is a great opportunity to bring the musicians together and close with their audiences in this special place.”

Musicians featured in the Jam will perform with a band of chosen from DFW’s premiere jazz musicians. The concert will feature appearances of Shelley Carrol, Ardina Lockhart, Keith Anderson, Jennifer Martin, Damon Clark, Sherel Riley and musicians of the Dallas and Fort Worth Symphonies along with many others.
