Dallas Fort Worth Professional Musicians Association, AFM Local 72-147 (“Union”) website User Agreement. Welcome to Local 72-147’s private members’ area. This User Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms and conditions governing your use of Union services, technology, and any other content available on the private members’ area of this website. By clicking the "I accept these Terms of Service" button on this page, you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge that these Union services are subject to certain limitations including, but not limited to, those set forth below. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement, do not proceed with the registration. By registering as a User of the Union’s website, you agree to use Union services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions as outlined below. You agree that access to the private areas of the Union’s website is a privilege of your membership in good standing of the American Federation of Musicians and Local 72-147, not a right of membership. In order to register successfully on the Union’s website, you must be listed as a "Member in Good Standing" of Local 72-147. If you are listed as "Suspended" or "Expelled" you will not be granted immediate access. You further understand that it is your obligation to make sure that you are in good standing in all Locals that you are affiliated with. If, at any time after your registration, your status with Local 72-147 or any other local changes to anything other than "Good Standing", your access to the private area of the Union’s website may be terminated. Any violation of this User Agreement may result in a suspension of your access to the private area of the Union’s website. Continued violations of these rules may result in a permanent suspension of your access at the Union’s sole discretion.
